She holds a B.S. degree in Nutrition Science, M.S. degree in Human Movement Science/Kinesiology with a specialization in Corrective Exercise, and a PhD in Performance Psychology. With over 10 years of experience in the health & fitness industry, Coty specializes in developing customized fitness routines, nutrition counseling, corrective exercise, functional training, Prenatal/Postnatal training, core rehabilitation, and performance enhancement training. Background:
Catherine has over a decade of experience in the health & fitness industry, specializing in club management.

As a club owner/operator, Catherine is driven to provide top tier customer service to her clients. Exceeding expectations is her passion.

Initially she began fitness related work by taking a position at a gym her sister worked in to spend more time with her. Her customer service skills, cleaning standards, natural desire to help others and history of living an active lifestyle made her a perfect fit for the industry.

Beyond clerical work, Catherine has an incredible ability to build a connection with anyone. She is always available to provide a shoulder to lean on.  Her kind, caring and supportive nature makes her an irreplaceable piece of our Fitness:1440 Family.

Vlad is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Nutrition Coach. He holds a B.S. degree in Exercise Science. He also participated in collegiate soccer while earning his degree.

As a trainer, Vlad has experience working with clients of various ages, abilities, backgrounds and lifestyles to help them lose weight, build muscle, become stronger, recover after injury, develop a healthy lifestyle, improve athletic ability, and feel more energized and confident. He specializes in metabolic and sports specific training

Vlad uses a Client Centered approach when working with clients which focuses on: understanding, encouraging, supporting, and helping clients on their fitness journey.
