Barre is an ultimate fusion of pilates, ballet and yoga. This low impact, full body workout is composed of resistance training exercises that focus on the alignment and strengthening of the core. Beginning with light-weight, high-repetition strength training and finishing off with a relaxing assisted cooldown on the mat, the majority of the class takes place at the barre targeting major muscle groups.
