  1. Eat a balanced diet: Eating a diet that is rich in whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein, can help you maintain a healthy weight and reduce your risk of chronic diseases. Try to limit your intake of processed foods, sugary drinks, and saturated fats.
