Women’s Self Defense Class – with Brian Gagye
Join us for a fun and empowering event focused on self-defense techniques specifically designed for women. Gain confidence and learn how to protect yourself in various situations. Come to this in-person course ready to learn and have a great time with other like-minded individuals who want to gain confidence while moving through the world safely and able to defend yourself. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to enhance your safety and well-being!
Childcare will be provided by Fitness 1440 while you attend. There is an additional separate fee of $5/child to be paid on the day of the event.

Gym Hours:
The gym will not be staffed on July 4th. Access will only be available via member key cards.
Childcare:
There will be NO Childcare on July 4th & July 6th.
Fitness Classes:
- There will be NO Dancercise classes from July 1st – 9th. Dancercise classes will resume on Wednesday, July 10th.
- There will be NO Standing Abs class (9:05 AM) on Friday, July 5th.
