Fitness:1440 offers a great weight loss plan to help you lose those extra pounds you have wanted to shed.  We offer Lipotropic injections, combined with appetite suppressant medication. Our injections are given in rounds of ten weeks at a time. After your tenth injection, you must take a four-week break, but can then start the second round if desired.  During this ten week period, you must see the physician on your initial visit, and also have a follow-up visit on weeks five and ten.  You may be asking yourself if this program is right for you and how much it will cost out of pocket.  We have answered some frequently asked questions below to try and help you decide if the weight loss program is something you want to try.

How much does it cost?

• Your first initial weight loss visit charge is $95.00 and includes your first Lipo injection.  If the injection is not for you, the cost is $75.00 for the initial consultation.
• A follow up visit will be a charge of $75.00, which also includes your Lipo injection.  If you are not receiving the injection, it will be a charge of $55.00.
• Weeks that you are receiving the Lipo injection only, the charge is $25.00.  You will weigh and receive your injection, and then you will be free to go.

Can I still do the weight loss program if I am taking other medications?

• In most cases you can still participate in the weight loss program, even if you are taking other medications.  Our physician will go over specific guidelines with you and make sure it is right for you.  If you have been diagnosed with heart disease requiring bypass surgery or cardiac stenting, or are on ADHD medications, you will be unable to take the appetite suppressant.

Will I receive a diet and exercise plan to follow while on the weight loss program?

• Yes, our physician will go over a plan that best fits your needs and give you the information to follow during your initial visit.

About the Injections:

Lipo-B contains three amino acids; Choline, Methione, and Inositol. It also contains two B vitamins; methylcobalamin and pyridoxine.

• Methionine (25MG/ML) – assists in the breakdown of fats and thereby prevents the build-up of fat in the arteries, as well as assisting with the digestive system and removing heavy metals from the body since it can be converted to cysteine, which is a precursor to glutathione, which is of prime importance in detoxifying the liver.
• Choline (50MG/ML) – has been shown to protect the liver from certain types of damage, and can help reverse the damage that has already occurred. Additionally, it may help lower cholesterol and homocysteine levels associated with cardiovascular disease, and may also help protect against some types of cancer.
• Inositol 50MG/ML) – helps to maintain proper electrical energy and nutrient transfer across the cell membrane. It also acts as a lipotropic which converts fats into other useful products. Inositol helps establish healthy cell membranes, which facilitate nerve impulses.
• Methylcobalamin (B12) (175 mcg) – important for the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system, and for the formation of blood. It is normally involved in the metabolism of every cell of the body, especially affecting DNA synthesis and regulation, but also fatty acid synthesis and energy production.
• Pyridoxine (B6) (175 mcg) – assists in the balancing of sodium and potassium as well as promoting red blood cell production. It is linked to cardiovascular health by decreasing the formation of homocysteine. Vitamin B6 helps the body make several neurotransmitters, chemicals that carry signals from one nerve cell to another. It is essential for normal brain development and function and helps the body makes the hormones serotonin and norepinephrine (which influence mood) and melatonin (which helps regulate the body clock).
