Saturday Bootcamp
This class is  a mix of HIIT & strength workouts to burn calories while building muscle. We’ll work up a nice sweat, and it’s a great way to start your weekend!

Fit Happens
This 45-minute class is designed to work your upper and lower body as well as increase your core strength. Fit Happens incorporates equipment like free weights, bands, TRX, medicine balls, and more. Through circuits, intervals, or traditional strength training, you will leave this class feeling strong and ready to face the day!

Power Hour
Power Hour is a strength class that will work your upper body, lower body, and increase your core strength using a variety of equipment. With a frequent focus on slow and controlled movements, you will participate in non-stop strength building exercises that will increase both your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

Bootcamp
Ready to crush your goals!? Our goal is to offer you encouragement rather than intimidation. Bootcamp is designed to push you out of your comfort zone, and challenge you every class! These fun, full-body workouts provide cardio, strength, and core training through circuits and intervals to keep your body guessing.
